-Will not let you operate from a WFH basis as a Technician regardless of logistical challenges with regards to dispatch requests. -Company plays favorites due to the fact that the company is small. -Does not implement or emphasize safety enough. -Company values are more heavily influenced by the profits of the company. -Company culture does not promote or encourage family values. -Other companies are willing to pay more for the experience gained as a Field Technician with the certifications of a CSST/CAC while working less hours with guaranteed pay. -Lunch is determined by basis of dispatch requests/needs of the client despite California Labor Laws.
