      Pros

      Good place to kickstart your career in ESG, especially for freshers. The firm works across a wide variety of sectors and you get to be a part of multiple projects. Great team, fun people, including the partners. Hybrid model also a plus.

      Cons

      Working across multiple projects sometimes causes overlaps. Work life balance is not good and interns have to deal with most of the grunt work. Pay is also not that great, especially in beginner roles.

      It’s a good place to start a career in ESG Diversity of projects and range of clients provides meaningful exposure

      Cons

      No training given whatsoever everyone is left to fend for themselves Overworking is normalised and if you choose to have a life post working hours that’s marked as poor work ethic Heavy bias among the management some opinions are favoured while others are completely overlooked Pay and appraisal are also meagre Projects are messy and poorly managed
