Pros
I have been with the company for over a year, and the opportunity has truly been a breath of fresh air. When I started, the concept of Structured Family Caregiving was still very new, and it has been rewarding to see how many families we have been able to support and serve over the past year. Leadership has been supportive, approachable, and willing to help when needed. The role offers a great balance of flexibility and independence while still providing the resources necessary to be successful. I enjoy working independently and appreciate the trust placed in care managers to manage their responsibilities without feeling micromanaged. One of the most meaningful parts of this role has been building relationships with caregivers and care recipients and seeing the positive impact these services have on families.
Cons
As the program continues to grow, processes and procedures occasionally evolve, requiring flexibility and adaptation. However, leadership has been receptive to feedback and supportive during periods of growth and change
