      You will find yourself learning something new, working with interesting projects and people. They always trying to find something new.

      Well, as you working in a project or learning something new you will need to share your own time as well, so sometimes you can find yourself with no time left

      Pros

      Ability to work independent. Compensation is OK and competitive. Interesting projects and lots of possibilities. Very nice coworkers.

      Cons

      The management is very hands off. They source projects with people that might not have sufficient expertise. Sink or swim approach.

      Pros

      They are good people and do care about life outside of work..unfortunately that doesnt pay the bills and the Executive Team does not treat the worker bees as equals

      Cons

      low pay, inability to support efforts, no travel allowed, very little communication from upper management, absolutely zero respect for abilities
