Benefits are good The human resources people are awesome! Fun parties. They have a great Christmas party both years that I have been here. Overall I should have not joined this company. They just changed my manager for no reason and he is a great guy People are always playing ping pong and pool It was really fun last year
Cons
A very stressful place to work. People lose there jobs all the time for no reason. The owner has a big smile on his face but cannot be trusted Policies and decisions change everyday. The customers are told that things will be fixed and then they are forgotten. Development never finishes work and it is full of work a round the problem. Development copies other companies programs and sells them No documentation and no help screens. If you are looking... keep looking. I know that I am looking.
