Amazing Company to work for. - Sales Enthusem Digital Marketing Employee Review

I worked as an intern at Enthusem for about 5 months and can honestly say I am very sad my time here is coming to an end. I loved working here and being apart of the team, it was a very friendly and welcoming environment. I learned a lot from my fellow coworkers and it was a very beneficial experience.

Bare with me... There are a lot of Pros about working for Prospect Smarter. First off the office view is AMAZING! We face the ocean and the Gandy bridge so we are always seeing people fishing on their boats. Prospect Smarter has a fun atmosphere, culture, and people and you can see that the moment you walk in. It's great having the senior managers and CEO's so involved with the company and always looking for ways to improve our productivity; for example buying a brand new CRM system. The good thing about Prospect Smarter being a small company is there having lots of opportunity to grow. Right now there is a huge growth opportunity with the sales department and hopefully over time there will be in the production and support department as well. This is such a hard working company that has came a long way to be where it is and I only see the company continuing to grow.

Since Prospect Smarter is a small company there are no benefits and the pay for hourly positions is pretty low. I am hoping when we start to grow and get more revenue in we will be able to have benefits and raises.
