Getting to talk about your favorite stars and be in the know constantly with news about what’s going on. -always up to date with celebrities and their lives -watch great interviews -watch movies / shows -learn about Hollywood

-Not a lot of room for growth. -limited job opportunity - people in higher positions have been there for 25+ Years and don’t want to leave so there isn’t much space to shift and level up because people rarely leave. - don’t always believe in their own employees capacities. - weird superiority complexes in office - gossip isn’t just reserved to the celebs, also trickles down and transfer to office gossip.
