1. Best place to work if you are a coding geek 2. You can work on different technologies and can move between teams 3. On-site opportunities 4. Good hikes 5. Design discussions. Everyone in the team including freshers are involved in technical designs and teams are open for fresh ideas. The company hires lots of freshers and this is one of the reasons for the growth of the company as new ideas keep coming in.

These are common problems for a growing company, but also issues the management needs to address: 1. Smaller Office space - Need to shift to a better office space which satisfies the company’s requirements with enough workstations and meeting rooms. There would be occasions when meetings/calls have been happening on the floor, which is at time disturbing for the people on the calls. 2. Parking - Biggest problem. Need to find a solution real quick! There are limited parking slots and the company is hiring and growing. 3. It would be nice to have facilities like gym/play areas and definitely a better cafeteria. Hardly have space for 15 employees have lunch together.

1) no bench facility here, right company for person who njoy work and have passion for work and have career aspiration to grow. 2) all employees along with top employees like vp, founder etc are all very friendly, they even interact with each and every employee,guiding them, mentoring them,helping them. 3) In tough time whether it be personal or professional they go beyond rule so that employee receives maximum benefits in form of leaves, wfh, advances etc 4) nice apprisal every year 5) events like fun at work, zumba are organized every week in office to help employee relax and stay healthy
