Pros

- Awesome culture. The people are smart, committed and fun. - Commitment to professional development. I have an ongoing conversation with my manager about my professional development. Employees receive $1000 every year to spend on education. - Leadership are committed to diversity, this is so refreshing.

Cons

- We're a fast growing start-up and there are some inevitable pains. - For the most part, work/life balance is okay, but sometimes it feels like there is more work than there are hours in the day.
