      The company culture is very important here. Everyone is working towards a common goal of making the healthcare industry better. Very fast paced & challenging work environment. People are passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      Communication between depts. could be improved. Benefits could be a little better. Sales driven company.

      Pros

      opportnuity, Growth, Great Leadership, Company has dominated the balloon sinuplasty wold and continues to bring great value to ENT surgens daily. This company is the best company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      The only con to Enellus is the growth is so rapid it tis very hard to keep up, this is a very good problem to have in an early phase medical device company.
