Management donât look after their staff donât care unless your meeting targets which only makes them look good and gets them there big bonus at the end of the month, company van thatâs held against you saying that âwell atleast you have a vanâ, bad wages, no progression, theyâll tell you youâll have a salary review after 6 months then yearly but you donât get anything theyâll just say finance said no when itâs not down to finance itâs managements decision if you get one or not, plenty of better telecoms companies to work with. Only good to work here to get your first initial experience. Always jobs advertised due to high staff turnover. I wouldnât recommend!
