Pros

There is nothing I could consider a Pro about this company.

Cons

Management talks a big game to sell you on working with Entech. They will tell you how many "clients" they work with, when reality is they have one legit client. Every department there is shady. The owner only cares about making money for himself, and could care less about any one else's well-being. He expects you to work long hours, and hit unrealistic goals. Without notice he will fire you, for no good reason. My advice would be to steer clear of this company. Do not let them sweet talk you into a job. Once you get there they will make you feel like a million bucks, and a few weeks in you will realize what a horrible place Entech really is. They rotate through recruiters there every 6-12 months, and I would have to assume the owner does this so he can pocket all of the commissions from placements those recruiters made over their time with Entech.

Pros

Some insights about Entech and what makes it a uniquely rewarding organization to be part of. One of the most notable aspects of the company is its strong commitment to fostering a supportive, forward-thinking work environment that prioritizes both professional growth and environmental responsibility. Entech places a clear emphasis on sustainable and environmentally friendly practices, integrating them into daily operations and long-term strategy. This commitment not only reflects corporate responsibility but also gives employees a sense of purpose in contributing to meaningful, positive change. Equally important is the company’s approach to management and teamwork. Entech promotes a culture that avoids micromanagement and instead empowers employees to take ownership of their work. Team members are encouraged to collaborate openly, share ideas, and contribute thoughtful solutions to challenges. This creates an environment where innovation thrives and individuals feel valued for their perspectives. Rather than relying solely on top-down direction, employees are trusted to think critically, propose improvements, and actively participate in decision-making processes. This approach helps cultivate leadership skills across all levels of the organization, preparing individuals to grow into more advanced roles over time. Overall, Entech provides a balanced and engaging workplace where sustainability, collaboration, and professional development go hand in hand. It is an environment where employees are not only supported but also challenged to become proactive contributors and future leaders.

Cons

As business needs evolve, There is an increasing opportunity for the company to adopt modern platforms that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability.

Pros

Working at Entech is a truly rewarding experience, primarily because of the company's exceptional culture that treats employees with the same high level of priority as their customers. As a remote worker, you feel completely supported and never isolated, largely because the leadership is professional, understanding, and always available when you need them. It is the kind of environment where you don't have to "fight" to go to work; instead, you find yourself genuinely anticipating what the day will bring. This "best-ever" job experience is defined by a sense of mutual respect and a feeling that the company and the employee were a perfect match from the start.

Cons

While the culture is overwhelmingly positive, the nature of the work requires a high degree of self-discipline and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Because the company is so dedicated to putting customers first, the workload can become intense, and employees must be self-motivated to keep up with professional expectations without face-to-face supervision. Additionally, being in a remote role that you love can sometimes make it difficult to "log off" and separate your personal life from your professional passion. For those who prefer a highly structured office environment or constant direct oversight, the autonomy required here might feel like a significant adjustment.
