No career progression path - Project Manager Entain Employee Review

No clear expectations/goals for progress/promotion. Have to beg for everything. No Workers' Council even though it's law. Technical colleagues in India are completely overworked, it's exhausting even for me to work with them. Not enough resources. Never enough resources to deliver projects on time. Told to exert more pressure on teams but it just stresses people more. Set up more calls to waste people's time if things don't get delivered even though it's resource problem. Good jobs within this company seem to be all in the US these days.
