Didn't do a lot. Friendly customers.

Cons

Management was incompetent. Long hours by yourself. Little regard for staff wellbeing. Poor pay for how many hours you did. Overtime was expected rather than volunteered for.

Hi, thanks for the review. We're sorry that you had a negative experience working for us. Our working hours are flexible and can be discussed with our line managers. You can also opt out of lone working. Our wellbeing is a key priority for us, made evident in the recent launch of our Employee Assistance Programme, a programme that provides 24-hour support for our colleagues. Our pay is based on location and role, and is completely in line with national guidelines.
