Pros
- Mentor was very experienced, knowledgeable and patient and ready to guide me whenever I faced any difficulty. - Got to learn many things in a short duration of time. Was encouraged to explore multiple approaches to solve a problem - Problem statements were challenging and fun to solve - Great emphasis on writing clean industry level code - Company has flat structure with no hierarchy . Anyone can be approached easily.
Cons
No cons as such. Initially work felt a bit hectic, but work became easier to handle with experience and practice.
