cant find anything positive or good in this company

very bad workplace and culture. building is very old and surrounding is dirty because no one is wiling to take the responsibility to maintain. bosses having very old school mindset. current coo is incompetence and unresponsive but very competence in bluffing and outperform using mouth. willing to hire staffs with zero experiences but do not provide much guidance/training to the new staffs and expect them to figure out themselves like playing puzzle. the whole teams like to play "taichi", always push things to others.

late meeting costing and commercial need to be settled by the production dept. unsafe work and culture even the management drive forklift without license no privacy as all emails can be screened by the management
