      Pros

      The only pro was the personal experience at East Timor and the contact with the local staff.

      Cons

      They had 0 organization and no room for improvement. The company was managed dictator style, there were no support to the international staff. The monetary compensation was poor, and the schedule was hard, with extra hours at Saturday. Really a poor and bad experience.

      Pros

      If you are really good, you'll get noticed and get attentions. There are the means to do a really good job and you maybe able to negotiate better conditions.

      Cons

      Level of capacity to reach a good work life balance. You may be promised of things that will never come true.

      Pros

      good team and interesting projects on land and utility surveys areas. overall good job experience with plenty of office and filed work

      Cons

      the director board was somewhat oblivious to the market and overconfident in the positioning of the company in it. some of the projects were too big for the size and financial capacity and that took its toll in the end
