Lots of smart, dedicated people.
Cons
Lots of smart, dedicated people head for the door, and for good reason. HR expressed no interest in the reasons for my departure. "Planning" isn't planning if it's done after the fact, particularly when it comes to acquisitions. So do your homework, and maybe find some people on LinkedIn who used to work there to get their insight.
