Pros
Pay and vacation was decent for the industry. Early on in my career with Ensinger, it was a good company to work for, Made some lifelong friends.
Cons
There is no confidentially at this company. Mamt team spends more time gossiping with each other and sharing other employees personal business. Controller/HR is the most unprofessional I've met in my 20+yrs of working in corp America. Mgmt team is in total chaos and are inexperienced and have little to no knowledge of their job. Morale is at an all time low and there is high turnover. You are not valued for good work, unless you are in the mgmt team clique.
