      Good place for freshers to learn about SOC environment

      Cons

      - Poor higher management favoritism is played. - Workload beyond job scope and not paid well - No proper work life balance - Bonus is based on if you supervisor loves you if not they might play with the KPI

      Off days not so much but if work as L1 on shift get extra off days if take 2 days off because of the 2 days work 2 days off shift basis

      Favoritism Office politics Poor management Too much workload compared to salary
