I get to work on exciting projects, with advanced technologies. There's a good balance of independent work and team work, desk work and field work. Management gives good feedback and helps set goals to advance in position.

The company is growing quickly, so work flow can sometimes very busy, sometimes very slow, but that's just the nature of some of the work too.
