No communication between the therapists and scheduling + management Occasionally implements very questionable decisions such as removing documenting time without notification Particular department does not respect the needs of the neurodivergent clients (only respects for 2 - 3 weeks after submitting complaint to the management then reverts back every single time). No holidays except for the major ones
