Gain valuable knowledge on hospital systems and work flows. Also, because it's a growing company, there are many job postings, so there is much room for growth. They really do hire with-in a lot.
Cons
You will be challenged to do more. You won't be comfortable because there is always work to be done. Not a chill job or company. Very Aggressive and changing process constantly.
