We’re so glad that you took the time to write in. We truly want to make Ensemble Health Partners a great place to work. And one of the ways that we do that is to provide the opportunity for our associates to learn and grow. Yes, we work hard – but from top to bottom, we hold each other accountable to improve. We provide countless opportunities to speak up about ways to improve around our company, and we encourage this each and every day. We recommend you have an open conversation with your direct leader about your career path and opportunities for both improvement and growth. At any time we welcome you to contact us directly with your personal story at askjudson@ensemblehp.com or tellshannon@ensemblehp.com and let’s discuss your perception and experience together.

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
