Pros
I have worked for Ensemble for 20 years and I have seen the company grow and develop and change many times. I love this company for where it is now because of the investment in it's employees when Ensemble says people first last and always they include associates. They have done so much for us especially during the recent COVID19 pandemic they cut back in ways that enabled us to keep our jobs. They invested millions in computers and technology so we would have the be ability to work from home and be safe turning these uncertain times. I could not be happier to work for this company.
Cons
If there was a Con and there really isn't but guess I have to put something here. There is so much activity and new clients coming on board that sometimes it gets a little crazy hectic but it makes the days go fast and I love how everyone comes together as a team to get the job done for the Client.
