Pros
Absolutely AMAZING Culture - I've never worked in an environment such as this. The Training and Education Dept. (which I worked in most recently) is absolutely the best department I've ever worked in. Training and Education Leadership provides autonomy, open communication, availability, positive professional challenges, and the list goes on.
Cons
The company is growing at an exponential rate which at times seems to potentially bite off more than it can chew. This is felt throughout many departments; I'm assuming this is something young companies experience as they strive to solidify themselves in the marketplace.
