Pros
Great benefits (3% 401k match, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, 4 week vacation with an extra 2 days for community service and a cultural diversity day. Good flexibility and work from home policy. You have the ability to shape your career path (within reason) to your interests. The people. Most are hardworking, motivated, and genuinely want to help the company succeed. Enquiron is aware of their shortcomings and for the most part, try to improve those areas. They have a wellness room.
Cons
Communication! Enquiron is a small team with most of the staff being remote (around 30 people). With that few people it should be easier to communicate but that's not the case. Expectations aren't clear, projects fall by the wayside, too much CC'ing of managers on emails because some can't address an issue head on. The technology is lacking and the tools are very 2012. Accountability was a huge issue. If you consistently make mistakes and aren't held accountable to them by your manager and yourself, you'll constantly drag others down. Too sales centric, every department is basically serving their needs. Lack of upward career mobility. Enquiron is great for 1.5-2 years to improve your skill set then move on to another leaner org.
