Pros
Good benefits. The team behind the products is brilliant, with several years of experience.
Cons
The leadership is beyond terrible. They're more focused on themselves, where they're staying when traveling and the fanciness of their dinners, and not so much on the employees - especially ones out on the production floor. There's a disconnect between all of their locations, so it's tough to tell where accountability falls. Plus, HR is given much more importance than need be - they're given more importance than engineers (who are creating the product), finance and sales. If you're "in" with HR, you're almost untouchable. People who have been there many years have experienced significant loss in responsibilities, and rather than laying off people during bad times, they've found reasons to terminate and not pay out a severance package. Having been happy here for years, the culture since the merger has become toxic, and only getting worse.
