Women aren't treated fairly, and the germans do not respect that it is an English-speaking company. The commercial team is highly favoured as well as the Tech Teams. This leaves the Operations and HR teams not respected, heavily underpaid for their work and less favoured. The product is a great one and would indeed revolutionize the industry. But the management will be the end of the company and this will result in a lot of people leaving soon. The founder team need to work on this.
