EXTREMELY unrealistic expectations of the field staff. There is no such thing as a work life balance. Managers are disrespectful and bombard you with negativity Every.Single.Day! Be prepared to work 12 to 16 hours daily and weekends to be made to feel like it still is not good enough. Vacation, PTO ect..you can forget about that. You will have your phone and computer with you in order to meet expectations. Training. What training? You better memorize an outdated book of badly copied unorganized crap and God forbid if you have a question. If you are a RN looking for something different, or a Seasoned veteran of WC CM, do yourself a solid and look elsewhere if you want your peace of mind. Most of the people working here are looking for employment elsewhere. So should you.
