Pros

-They have made a genuine commitment (financial and through company policies) to work life balance and promoting flexible work practices - Excellent company benefits for a firm their size - Access to work with a variety of companies across industries and countries - Ability to work across departments and upskill in different roles - Autonomy and creativity are encouraged. Engineering teams are amazing business partners who listen to client issues and get involved with solving problems experienced by staff and clients

Cons

- This is a professional services firm so there will be some peaks and troughs in workload that come with a consulting practice

Pros

- 401k Match is nice - 100% remote

Cons

Management is split into two factions and both factions seem to be focused on winning instead of steering the ship. There are functionally two CEO's, two philosophies, and an absolute lack of cohesion. Each CEO seems hellbent on proving that their plan is best, and is sacrificing the health of the company by refusing to compromise or cooperate. I've experienced straight up racist, bigoted behavior from senior management. So much for the "One team" gospel they preach. Career advancement is non-existent. Management does trust internal team members to grow and fill new roles. Instead, they dangle the promise of "career advancement" for months on end, without actually delivering anything. Compensation is below market value, and they build all sorts of silly internal titles that are impossible to properly benchmark against because they're arbitrary. Culture is nonexistent. If you're not a member of senior management, you are viewed as and treated like some sort of plebian. Your ideas will not be taken seriously, even if you're being paid to function as a SME.
