7yHi there, thank you very much for taking the time to leave a candid review. We are very sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience in your short time at Enlighten, and more specifically: that you did not feel listened to / taken care of. We take great pride in the inclusive, positive and proactive organizational culture that has been created across the organization, and are conscious of the fact that maintaining this culture will require ongoing effort from our whole team. We reflected on the areas of improvement you highlighted, and have made several changes as a direct result of your comments. For example, we have now formally appointed a head of HR to allow us to respond in a more timely fashion to employee concerns such as yours.
