Fully remote since COVID. The company organizes a yearly in person event every year. Good environment with the colleagues. The CEO cares about the employees and their well being.

Very highly underpaid. The management pushed the development of a lot of side projects to try to diversify the revenue streams but they never passed the development stage which resulted in a huge waste of time and money.

Opportunity to learn good and bad ways of operations. Some good people to work with.

If you want to work at a terribly run, penny-pinching and declining company with an egotistic management, Enkidoo fits the bill! Cheap cheap cheap company. You WILL NOT get a pay raise or promotion. Why? Because the company wants to keep their costs low. I wish someone had told me these things before I joined. If I knew these things, I would not have joined. Hopefully, this helps you make a better decision.
