Pros
Working with artistic co workers and getting to meet people from all over the world.
Cons
Employees are underpaid, no room for growth, no chance of getting a raise, you work in extremely hot weather in the Summer with no fans to help provide relief, and in the winter you work in an extremely cold WET environment. I worked here when I was pregnant and apparently having morning sickness was "not allowed" I got written up multiple times because I had to go throw up and leave my station. Your not allowed to sit down or lean on anything, so you must be able to deal with all weather conditions, stand for 8 hours, take no breaks, and deal with a horrible HR and management team. Oh and make sure you don't have any tattoos or piercings or color in your hair because this company loves to discriminate.
