Pros
- Good salary considering the Italian market. - easygoing work environment! If you have the chance to work in great projects you can learn a lot (but having these chances is very uncommon) - this is a job for life job position. it is difficult (or I'd say impossible) to be laid off
Cons
- no clear career path if you are young (it depends on moves from your bosses) - no provided learning or training. You grow if you study by yourself and the industry covered by Eni are very interesting! - Company culture is very old style and it has been changing very slowly - no international environment (mainly italian as Expat in Foreign countries)
