      Great work/life balance across all offices. London office a great place to work with excellent colleagues.

      Performance related pay for Middle and Back Office functions markedly under market rates for other tier 1 oil trading companies and majors. London HR function also feels slightly disjointed from corporate HR with lack of timely updates and clarity regarding various company initiatives.
