The budget is not massive to allow the implement and application of new technologies. The EOR application is very limited due to the limited budget. Working mainly on developing and maximizing the oil recovery and profits from oil reservoirs only, and not paying much attention to developing gas reservoirs as well due to the high cost of purchasing a gas plant.
