I would say the style of the Company is more for the people who prefer to follow , rather than to lead others, in other words, not for the problem makers:-)Provides opportunity for the people who want to travel to the different places of the world for work reasons. They are trying their best to be international, they hire lots of international people , but management apart of the rare exceptions is run by Italians.
