Supportive environment among the other teachers. They are really fun people and I’ve made lasting friendships.

Slightly repetitive work, last minute covers sometimes required

Senior teachers are supportive. Staff are friendly. There is a good degree of autonomy, for example teachers can plan out excursions for their class as long as it relates to the content. The curriculum is well-organised.

Availability of work susceptible to seasonal changes and governmental policies. Feedback from senior teachers isn't always constructive. Students constantly come and go for General English classes which can lead to sudden large shifts in classroom dynamics, particularly when student levels and attitudes vary.
