      Pros

      Weekly pay and base salary was pretty solid at or above 50K. Decent work life balance

      Cons

      Lots of favoritism, toxic environment, as long as your doing good they love you. As soon as you have a bad month or your numbers drop you are just a number. Only 2 weeks of vacation time for 52 weeks. The job is tough but if you are just looking for a decent base salary it’s not terrible. Otherwise keep looking because there is better out there.

      Pros

      Not many here - they give you free pop for your work

      Cons

      Commission plan terrible - non compete in place and will take your book when you leave. Avoide this place.
