Pros

-England Logistics is a wonderful place to work. I started here right out of college and they took a chance on hiring me with no industry experience. I continued to work hard and have had countless opportunities and I have been promoted several times. -Management makes every effort to listen to the employees. Every manager has an 'open door' policy, where you can go talk. There is also an Idea Olympics where all employees are encouraged to submit ideas to management. -Being successful here is no secret, it takes hard work, and a positive attitude. It is a very fast paced environment, many people are not used to the tempo of logistics when they first start. Those who aren't afraid to work hard and put in the extra effort will find England Logistics a wonderful place to work. -I have never felt micro-managed here. They have given me the training, tools, and support to be successful. I have complete autonomy to manage my book of business and customers in the way I want. As my book of business grew, management hired the necessary support staff to help me to continue to be successful. -If you are looking for a company where you can start a career and move up, this is the place for you. The company is growing quickly, and new opportunities are constantly being created.

Cons

-Depending on the plan, the health care is expensive.

The role comes with high performance expectations, constant problem-solving, and the challenge of managing issues outside of your control, which can create a fast-paced and sometimes stressful work environment.
