10yThank you for the feedback. As leaders in an organization it is not always easy to hear the tough feedback, but frequently it is some of the most helpful. During this past year we have really focused on becoming the Great Place to Work you indicated we could be. We are striving to listen more to our people and to develop the management team at all levels to become great leaders. Yes, we do have a lot of family relationships throughout the company and continue to view that as a strength, while also striving to make sure favoritism of any kind does not take away from bringing quality known (and even related) people into the company. Also, we do expect more of ourselves, as leaders, and more of our people each day, because we believe that continuous development is part of growth and becoming a Great Place to Work.
