Run dont walk from this place - Account Manager England Logistics Employee Review

Every single positive review on here is written by marketing or management using a fake email address. Instead of finding leads the marketing department uses there time to write reviews or other social media because keeping up with all the negative comments is a full time job in itself. This Job consists of months and months of cold calling 100 calls a day and when I say call I mean dry ice cold people with no interest who want nothing to do with you or people who have absolutely no interest or need for transportation yet marketing keeps throwing these random business out there because they dont screen any of them. They offer benefits but dont subsidize anything so you pay 700 dollars a month for insurance they claim they pay 7.5 percent commission but that's if you hit 150% of quota out of the 400 people who work there roughly 10 manage to hit this it is unobtainable. 5 days of paid time off and if you try to use it you are scrutinized zero advancement unless you are one of the chosen few and if that's the case you might do ok. Stay away from this place there are a lot better companies out there who honestly care about there employees and not just the numbers at Tuesdays meeting.
