      Remote, good middle management, easy work, friendly staff

      Cons

      Very poor pay, lack of career growth, low holiday allowance. Horrible managing director who would fly off the handle for any given reason, with racist and sexist views.

      Pros

      Joined with the Government Kickstart scheme: Great introduction into how the world of outbound sales works, a lot of opportunity to progress and pick up new responsibilities, e.g Competitor Analysis. Large portoflio of products which was exciting to learn

      Cons

      Not the best pay and an office in Coventry; expected to travel a few times a week from my base in Manchester.
