      Talented engineers who are willing to share knowledge Small - easy to get to know senior staff + get involved in different tasks Easy to spend time in a second office within Europe Willing to invest in training for specific projects Staff meetings to share projects, often followed by a drink/meal

      Cons

      Small - less variety of projects and staff members than bigger engineering firms. Personal growth directed by project needs

      Pros

      Joined with the Government Kickstart scheme: Great introduction into how the world of outbound sales works, a lot of opportunity to progress and pick up new responsibilities, e.g Competitor Analysis. Large portoflio of products which was exciting to learn

      Cons

      Not the best pay and an office in Coventry; expected to travel a few times a week from my base in Manchester.
