Pros
For the most part, we have a great group of people working at Entec. We get along just fine from the front office to the back of the building. From just a year ago, we have a good management team and we have a great HR lady. She is more than willing to help out at the drop of a hat. Just come and ask. As with any place of employment, you have your positive and your negative people, but with having some of the very negative people gone, the atmosphere is more positive and it is a nice place to work. There is room for advancement and I am proof of that. I went from the production area to the front office and another person went from the production area to the engineering area.
Cons
We are a small business and were purchased by a large corporation and we are having to budget ourselves. We need more sales to get where we need to be. It's a slow process but we are working on it.
