Cons
Not the best training or advancement. Stingy for IT assets, raises, and any expense not in the contract. The highest priority is billable hours and timecards and the work feels meaningless. They will get as many hours out of a contract as possible, which means low stress except near deadlines. Not much room to move around into other business units. Married to Siemens products and the tech stack can be suboptimal and not great for career advancement. 401k vesting period is a five year cliff.
