6yThank you for the review. As a small and growing business, each team member contributes greatly to the team and might help in various tasks based on the clients' needs and our business needs. We initially planned for you to support a new product and unfortunately the workload was lighter than expected and could not support a full-time person. Instead of eliminating your position or switching you to part-time, we assigned you different responsibilities that aligned with your background and skills. This worked out great as you performed very well with these new responsibilities and we were very happy with your performance. We were sad when you took another job and left our team. We miss you and wish you well in your new career.
Since you departed, we have improved our onboarding and training program for new hires in this position and we now offer health benefits, free vision and dental plans, as well as 401K.
