      Conversa sobre pedido de aumento/correção salarial foi empurrada com a barriga, sempre delegando a outra pessoa, até o assunto ser esquecido.

      I don't have a con, I would like to work in project with more close collab with devs. This is somethings not always is there but in other project you do collaborate a lot with other team members.
