      heavy R&D focus with a diversity of customer / industry projects, so if you dont like learning, this is not the organisation for you.

      Pros

      These guys work hard and fast. If you have experience with a PS Firm, then EngineRoom.io has the tempo, but more importantly the diversity of work. If you are competent with Excel, Code, and creative, the learning abounds, and the pay is great.

      Cons

      ER can get busy at xmas, everyone wants something. They do give you lots of time in lieu, however their customers can sometimes push them to deliver when its holidays. They have gotten better at pushing back.
